Article1. This Society, called Unione Marchegiana, was founded on the 16th day of March,1907, in the City of Chicago Heights, State of Illinois, United States of America.
Article 2. The Society was founded with the purposes to help its members with temporary subsidy, to ameliorate conditions among Italians so that they would consider themselves members of one family. This Society cannot be dissolved as long as there are five members that are in favor to keep it.
Article 3. If for any reason a goodly number of members would separate themselves to form another society, independent or affiliated, such members lose their right to any part or share of the properties acquired by our Society.
Article 4. Any member shall be subjected to fines including expulsion from the Society, if with his conduct and with his words, he makes himself injurious to the interests, honor, and the well-being of the Society.
Article 5. When a member of the Society shall die, whether in Italy or outside of the City of Chicago Heights, Illinois, his family or representative shall receive the mortuary benefits.
